SEC. 4-401. - APPLICABILITY OF STATE LAW.

Pursuant to Labor Code section 1782 (Senate Bill 7 (2013)) the construction by the city of its public works, being a municipal affair, shall be governed by the provisions of Labor Code Section 1770, et seq.
