4.48.010 - Penal Code Section 1203.1b implemented.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the board of supervisors of the county of Fresno by subsection (i) of Section 1203.1b of the California Penal Code, the provisions of Section 1203.1b of the California Penal Code shall be operative in Fresno County relating to the recovery from a criminal defendant of probation services as specified.

4.48.020 - Recovery of costs.

The costs to be recovered under Section 4.48.010 of this code shall be as set forth in the master schedule of fees, charges, and recovered costs for Fresno County.
