18.210.600 Coordination with hazardous materials inventory and response program.

The first revision of the business plan for any facility subject to the city’s hazardous materials inventory and response program shall include a program for compliance with this chapter, including the prohibitions on nonstormwater discharges and illicit discharges, and the requirement to reduce stormwater pollutants to the maximum extent practicable. 18.210.620 Construction and application.

This chapter shall be construed to assure consistency with the requirements of the federal Clean Water Act and acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto, applicable implementing regulations, and NPDES stormwater permit. (Ord. 01-2021 § 1, 2-2-21.)
