Fowler Municipal Code Ch. 3 Official Notices

All notices of the City required by law to be posted shall be posted as set forth in the implementing statute or regulation. Where the City is required to have predesignated locations for posting, the following places within the City shall be the places for the posting of official notices of the City:

(a) The City Hall;

(b) The library;

(c) The senior center.

Where the City is required to post notices at public places within the City, but not necessarily at predesignated locations, the City may choose the most appropriate places for posting depending on the item being considered or select from the predesignated places set forth in this section.
