16.24.010 Designated.

Before beginning construction, a complete set of plans, profiles, cross sections and other drawings for all improvements shall be submitted to the city engineer for approval, and if approved the city engineer shall be furnished, without cost, one or more complete sets as required.

No work shall commence unless authorized by the city engineer.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications of the city. (Ord. 35 § 1 (part), 1972: prior code § 10-111)
