13.12.230 Coordination with hazardous materials inventory and response program.¶
The first revision of the business plan for any facility subject to the city’s hazardous materials inventory response program shall include a program for compliance with this chapter, including the prohibitions on nonstormwater discharges and illicit discharges, and the requirement to reduce stormwater pollutants to the maximum extent practicable. 13.12.240 Fees.¶
A fee may be charged to the landowner, lease holder, or occupant of any property in the city to cover the expense(s) of mandated inspection, testing, or maintenance of required stormwater treatment measures as regulated by the MRP as set by city council in the uniform fee schedule.
