12.32.010 Vehicle operation and parking generally.

No person shall operate or park any vehicle as defined in the California Vehicle Code within a park, except upon areas designated for such use. (Ord. 81 § 1 (part), 1973: prior code § 6-223)

12.32.020 Overnight parking or vehicle abandonment.

No person shall park, abandon or otherwise allow automobiles and other conveyances to remain in parks or community building parking lots between the hours of one a.m. and sunrise except as follows:

A. Attendance at a function conducted under the auspices of the city;

B. Attendance at a function which has been issued an exclusive use permit;

C. A city employee in the performance of his duty;

D. The expressed written consent of the director;

E. Areas as otherwise posted. (Ord. 81 § 1 (part), 1973: prior code § 6-224)
