10.72.010 Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title, except Chapter 10.24, is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor as set forth in Division 17 of the Vehicle Code (Section 40000 et seq.), and if convicted shall be punished in accordance with Division 18 of the Vehicle Code (Section 42000 et seq.). (Ord. 79 § 2, 1973)
