Sec. 8.04.010. - County health department to enforce chapter.

The town has appointed the county health officer to enforce within the town orders and quarantine regulations proscribed by the county department of health and other regulations issued under the California Health and Safety Code specifically including all statutes, ordinances, regulations, and rules relating to public health provided in Health and Safety Code § 101375.

Sec. 8.04.020. - Fees for nuisance abatement and building violations.

(a) Fees to be levied against property owners for nuisance abatement or building violation on their property shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Filing fees paid to the county clerk-recorder;

(2) Actual costs of mailing document plus a $10.00 processing fee;

(3) Re-inspection fee of $200.00 per property or parcel;

(4) Travel cost at the Federal Internal Revenue Service reimbursement rate; and

(5) Staff time at $50.00 per hour.

(b) Nothing in this section shall preclude the town from seeking and recovering any costs pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §§ 1032—1033.5.
