Sec. 3.08.010. - Fund created.¶
The town has established the special gas tax street improvement fund for the town.

Sec. 3.08.020. - State monies to be paid into fund.¶
All monies received by the town from the state under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interests therein for, or the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than state highways shall be paid into the special gas tax street improvement fund.

Sec. 3.08.030. - Expenditure of funds.¶
All monies in the special gas tax street improvement fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by, and subject to all of the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code div. 1, ch. 1, art. 5.
