Chapter 18.12 — ZONING DISTRICT AND ZONING MAP

Sec. 18.12.010. - Districts established.

The several districts established are as follows:

  • (1) Single-family residential or R-1 district;

  • (2) Duplex residential or R-2 district;

  • (3) Multiple family residential or R-3 district;

  • (4) Residential-professional or RPO district;

  • (5) Retail business or C-1 district;

  • (6) General commercial or C-2 district;

  • (7) Industrial or M district;

  • (8) Manufactured home park or MH district;

  • (9) Combining floodplain I or F-1 district;

  • (10) Combining floodplain II or F-2 district;

  • (11) Combining parking or P district.

Sec. 18.12.020. - Zoning map.

The designation, locations and boundaries of the districts established are delineated upon the map entitles, "Town of Fort Jones, California—Zoning Map," dated July 19, 1976, which map and all notations and information thereon are made a part of this title by reference, which map is on file in the office of the town clerk. Sec. 18.12.030. - Zoning district boundaries.

Where any uncertainty exists as to the correct location of any zoning district boundary shown on the zoning map referred to in section 18.12.020, it shall be the duty of the planning commission to establish the correct location thereof in accordance with the intent of this title.
