§ 3.60.010. Purpose.

For the purpose of offsetting costs for administering, maintaining, and improving the zoo, a zoo entrance fee is hereby established.

§ 3.60.020. Service charges.

The fees for entrance to the Folsom City Zoo shall be established by resolution of the city council.

§ 3.60.030. Collection of zoo entrance fees.

Fees shall be collected at the gate or as otherwise prescribed by the city council. The fees collected shall be used only to offset the costs of administering, maintaining and improving the zoo.
