§ 3.12.010. County responsibility.

The city avails itself of the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 2, Part 2, Division 1, Title 5, of the Government Code, for the levy and collection of the taxes of the city by the county, and the city requests the county to assess, levy and collect the municipal taxes of the city.
