§ 10.20.610. General.¶

The city council may establish, by resolution, the administrative adjudication procedure required by Chapter 1244, Statutes of 1992. The city manager shall establish qualifications for the examiner and shall appoint the examiner referred to in California Vehicle Code Section 40215(b)(3).
