11.16.010 - Gasoline—Petroleum on pavement.¶
It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to pour, spill or permit to drop or cause or permit to be deposited, placed or discharged upon any asphalt or bituminous pavement laid upon any public street, alley, or place in the city, any gasoline, distillate, petroleum, oil, naptha, or any petroleum products of any kind, or any other injurious substances likely to injure or cause the disintegration of any such asphalt or bituminous pavement.

11.16.020 - Filthy water—Sweepings—Decaying matter.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deposit or cause or permit to be deposited, or to throw or place in or upon any public street or other public place in the city, any filthy water or any sweepings from any store or house, or any dead animal or part thereof, or any offal, manure, or rubbish, or any decaying or putrid matter or substance of any kind.

11.16.030 - Hauling dirt or sand.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation while removing or hauling dirt, crushed rock, sand, gravel or other similar substances, or any garbage, or rubbish of any kind, not to replace immediately in such wagon or vehicle any such material that may have fallen therefrom, in or upon any public street, avenue, alley or public place in the city.

11.16.040 - Newspapers—Loose papers.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place, throw or deposit, or to cause or direct to be placed, thrown or deposited any newspapers, handbills or other printed matter or any loose papers or rubbish of any kind upon or adjacent to any public street, alley or public place in the city in such manner that the same is afterward blown into or upon any such public street, alley or public place of the city, or into or upon any premises or vacant lots therein other than that of the premises upon which they were so placed or in such manner that the same becomes scattered about any such public street, alley or public place of the city.
