Chapter 6.12 - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

6.12.010 - Findings. ¶

The city council declares and finds that there is a need for a redevelopment agency to function in the city. This declaration is made pursuant to Division 24, Part 1 of the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et. seq., West's Annotated).

6.12.020 - Designation of council. ¶

The city council does declare itself to be the redevelopment agency of the city of Fillmore, pursuant to Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code and further declares that all of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities of the said Community Redevelopment Law are vested in the city council.

6.12.030 - Designation of name. ¶

The redevelopment agency created herein is designated as "the redevelopment agency of the city of Fillmore."
