Chapter 17.20 - O-S OPEN SPACE ZONE
Sections:
17.20.010 - Purpose. ¶
To preserve open space recreation areas and areas of historical and cultural value, and devoted to the enjoyment of scenic beauty, conservation of natural resources and landscaped area.

17.20.020 - Permitted uses. ¶
The uses permitted in the O-S zone shall be those uses specified in the residential land use table (Chapter 17.40) and subject to the special conditions accompanying the table.

17.20.030 - Yard requirements.
A.
Front Yard Setback: Thirty-five feet;
B.
Side Yard Setbacks:
1.
Interior Side: Ten feet,
2.
Street Side of Corner Lot: Twenty feet;
C.
Rear Yard Setback: Forty feet.

17.20.040 - Height regulations.
No structures shall exceed thirty feet in height, except as provided in Chapter 17.88.

17.20.045 - Compliance with Farmersville Design Guidelines.
All new uses shall comply with the Farmersville Design Guidelines.

17.20.050 - Other required conditions.
A.
All uses are subject to the provisions of Chapters 17.76, 17.80 and 17.84.
B.
Plot plan review by zoning administrator is required for all uses requiring a building permit with a value in excess of fifty dollars.
