§ 8B.1.1. Statutory Authorization and Designation of Fire Hazard Severity Zones.¶

(a) The City Council designates the Fire Hazard Severity Zones as identified by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to Government Code Section 51178. The map, dated February 24, 2025, and approved by the City Council, is hereby incorporated by reference, and entitled "Fairfield Fire Hazard Severity Zones." The official map is located at the main office of the Fairfield Fire Department, and also accessible electronically on the following website: https://www.fairfield.ca.gov/government/city-departments/fire/lra-fire-severity-zone-map;
