§ 12.100. Prohibition.

No material that is harmful to minors shall be displayed in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless blinder racks are placed in front of the material so that the lower two-thirds (2/3) of the material is not exposed to view.

§ 12.101. Definition.

As used in this article, "material that is harmful to minors" shall mean "harmful matter" as that term is defined in California Penal Code Section 313.
