SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

It is hereby determined upon the basis of an Engineering and Traffic Survey, that the speed permitted by state law upon the following streets is less than is necessary for the safe operation of vehicles thereon and it is hereby declared that the speed limit shall be as set forth in this section, on those streets or parts of streets designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof.

Pursuant to Cal. Veh. Code § 22500(i) the following locations are designated as bus stops for the loading and unloading of passengers:
