§ 12.12.010. Scott Street declared county highway.

A. That certain street known and described as "Scott Street" in the city is declared to be a county highway, and the resolution of the county of Siskiyou so declaring, it is accepted.

B. The portion of Scott Street so declared to be a county highway and incorporated in the county road system is more particularly described as follows:

All of Scott Street formerly known as Butcher Street, in the city of Etna, California, beginning at the intersection of Center Street and School Street, and extending northeasterly to the north boundary of said city of Etna.
