§ 10.56.010. Unlawful acts – Designated.¶
A. No person shall ride, operate or propel a skateboard on any public highway, public roadway, or public alley, or in any city park, within the city.
B. No person shall ride, operate or propel a skateboard on any sidewalk in the central traffic district.

§ 10.56.020. Violation – Penalty.¶
Violation of this chapter constitutes an infraction. Every person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding $50.00, and for a second conviction within a period of one year by a fine of not exceeding $100.00, and for a third or any subsequent conviction within a period of one year by a fine of not exceeding $250.00.
