§ 23-146. Applicability.¶
This division shall not affect the operation of those pumps, tanks and appliances enumerated in section 23-148 which are now erected and in use.

No permit shall be issued for the erection, enlargement and/or replacement of pumps, tanks and appliances enumerated in section 23-148.

No person shall erect and/or maintain a gasoline, oil, water, air and/or distributing pump, appliance and/or storage tank on the curb and/or in the area between the property line and the curb within the city.

No person shall improve, repair, alter or change any appliances, tanks, pumps or appurtenances enumerated in section 23-148 which are now existing on curbs and/or in areas between the property line and the curb in the city.
