§ 33-1362. Appeals.

  • (a) Decisions of the director may be appealed to the planning commission by filing a written request with any required fee, with the planning division not more than 10 days following the final decision of the director. The appeal shall state the reasons why the decision is contested and which findings the appellant believes were made in error.

  • (b) Decisions of the planning commission may be appealed to the city council pursuant to Article 61, Administration and Enforcement, of the zoning code.
