§ 33-1342. Permitted zones.

Transient lodging facilities shall be permitted or conditionally permitted in commercial zones according to section 33-332 of Article 16 of this chapter. Transient lodging facilities shall also be allowed within adopted specific plans subject to the language of the applicable specific plan. (Zoning Code, Ch. 107, § 1070A.30; Ord.
