Division 5 — Reasonable Accommodation

§ 33-1272. Applicability.

This division shall apply to any person who is qualified as a "disabled person" under the ADA, or who is otherwise qualified to receive reasonable accommodation under any of the Acts. (Ord. No. 2017-03R, § 4, 3-22-17)
