§ 6-327. Inspector prerequisite to issuance of building permit.

No building permit required by section 301(a) of the building code adopted in section 6-41 shall be issued for a building or structure moved into or within the city unless an inspection of the building or structure has been made by the building director and found to be satisfactory in accordance with the provisions of this article. (Code 1957, § 812.01)
