2-2.101. Time and Place.¶
It is the intention of the Council to set the time and place of the meetings of the Council by resolution.

2-2.102. Cancellation for Insufficient Agenda Items.¶
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2-2.101 of this article, the Mayor may cancel the meeting of the Council and reschedule the meeting to the next regular meeting date upon determining that there is an insufficient number of items on the agenda to be considered.
