9-7-1: CITY HALL:¶
A. Designation: That certain one story brick building located upon the following described real property situated within the City:
Lots 1 to 5, both inclusive, Block 42, El Segundo Sheet No. 3, as per map recorded in Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, on file in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, is hereby named and designated as the City Hall in and for the City.
B. Main Entrance: The main entrance to the City Hall designated by the preceding subsection is hereby fixed and designated as 350 Main Street in the City.
C. Council Chamber: That certain room in the extreme west side of the City Hall designated in subsection A of this Section is hereby named and designated as the chamber of the City Council. (Ord. 472, 12-21-1955)
9-7-2: PUBLIC LIBRARY:¶
A. There is hereby established in and for the City, a public library to be known as the “El Segundo Public Library”.
B. The El Segundo Board of Library Trustees is authorized and directed to adopt El Segundo Library Rules of Conduct, which are incorporated by reference into this code. The Rules of Conduct will be subject to enforcement as authorized under applicable laws, including without limitation this code and the terms of the Rules of Conduct. (Ord. 660, 3-13-1967; amd.
