El Segundo Municipal Code Ch. 6 Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund

In order to comply with the provisions of sections 182 to 207 of the State Streets and Highways Code, with particular reference to section 2113 thereof, there is hereby created in the City Treasury a special fund to be known as the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund. All monies received by the City from the State under the provisions of sections 182 to 207 of the State Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interests therein for, or the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways, other than State highways, shall be paid into the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund. All monies in the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund shall be expended exclusively for the purpose authorized by, and subject to all of the provisions of sections 182 to 207 of the State Streets and Highways Code. (Ord. 678, 12-26-1967)
