1-11-1: DUPLICATE RECORDS:

Whenever an original of an instrument or document is on file in the City and duplicates thereof are on file in that office or any other office, the duplicates may be destroyed by the department head or officer who is in charge of the records on file. (Ord. 923, 3-15-1977)
