Sec. 101.01.010. - Title.¶
The title of this part shall be known as the "Land Development Code of the County of El Dorado, California." This part may also be cited as the "Land Development Code" or the "LDC."
Sec. 101.01.020. - Applicability of Part A, Title 1.¶
Unless otherwise stated or where the context of the provision clearly shows a different intent, the provisions of Title 1 under Part A, General Code of Ordinances, shall apply to the titles contained in this part.
Sec. 101.01.030. - Fee requirements.¶
Reasonable fees to offset the costs of administration of this part may be set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, from time to time, unless State law requires them to be established by ordinance.
