Sec. 1.07.010. - Recitals.¶
By Resolution 90-182 Amador County proposed a change of the common boundary between the County of Amador and the County of El Dorado. The proposed change will not move the boundary more than five miles from its original location and will not reduce the area or population of El Dorado County by more than five percent.

Sec. 1.07.020. - Boundary change.¶
Effective 12:00 midnight June 30, 1991, the following described property shall be changed from El Dorado County to Amador County:
Commencing at the intersection of the North South ¼ section line of Section 21 T.10 North, Range 17 E., M.D.B.&M., and the existing County line of Amador and El Dorado Counties also being the true point of beginning.
Thence north from said true point of beginning along said North South ¼ line, to the north ¼ corner of said Section 21.
Thence easterly along the section line common to Sections 16 and 21, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M., to the section corner common to Sections 15, 16, 21 and 22, T.10. N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M.
Thence continuing easterly along section line common to Sections 15 and 22, T.10 N., R. 17 E., M.D.B.&M., to the W. 1/16 corner common to said Sections 15 and 22.
Thence southerly along the W. 1/16 line of Section 22, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M., to the Center W. 1/16 corner of Section 22, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M.
Thence westerly along the E.W.¼ section line of Section 22, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M, to the¼ corner common to Section 21 and 22, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M.
Thence southerly along the section line common to Sections 21 and 22, T.10 N., R.17 E., M.D.B.&M. to the County line of Amador and El Dorado Counties.
Thence northwesterly along said county line to the true point of beginning.
