§ 9.64.010. Motor vehicles trespassing on private property.¶
No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any property owned or occupied by another without having, and upon request of a peace officer displaying, written permission from the owner of such property, or his agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof; provided, however, this section shall not be applicable to persons having visible or lawful business with said owner, agent or person in lawful possession.

§ 9.64.020. Motor vehicle defined.¶
For the purposes of Chapters 9.20, 9.24, 9.40, 9.44, 9.56 through 9.68, 9.76 through 9.84, 9.92 and 9.96, a "motor vehicle" is defined as a vehicle which is self-propelled.
