§ 5.42.010. Adopted by reference.¶
Ordinance No. 7448 (New Series) of the county of San Diego, incorporating Chapter 6 of Division 6 of Title 6 of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances, is adopted by reference as the bathhouse ordinance of the city, setting forth the minimum requirements for the establishment and maintenance of a bathhouse. The regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Chapter 6 of the San Diego County Code are referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. One copy of said Chapter 6 of the San Diego County Code is on file in the office of the city clerk.

§ 5.42.020. Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to the provisions of the general penalty clause as set forth in Section 1.24.010 of this code or any other penalty adopted by the city council.
