§ 15.40.010. Penalty.¶
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of Chapters 15.20, 15.24, 15.28, and 15.32 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty clause as set forth in Chapter 1.24 of this code, the civil penalties as set forth in Chapter 1.24 of this code, or any other penalty prescribed by city ordinance.
