§ 1.06.010. Authorization for preservation of city records.

The city clerk is authorized to preserve city records pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 34090.5(a—d) and any succeeding section thereto. The reproduction of all official records preserved in such manner shall constitute the "original" thereof.
