Editor's note— Ord. No. 25-15, § 2, adopted November 12, 2025, effective January 1, 2026, repealed the former Ch. 110.04, §§ 110.04.010—110.04.310, and enacted a new ch. 110.04 as set out herein. The former ch. 110.04 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 23-10, § 2, adopted Jan. 11, 2023. Formerly, Ord. No. 23-10, § 2, adopted January 11, 2023, repealed the former ch. 110.04, §§ 110.04.010—110.04.060, and enacted a new ch. 110.04 as set out herein. The former ch. 110.04 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2010-08, § 2, adopted Jan. 12, 2011; Ord. No. 2019-11, § 2, adopted Dec. 11, 2019.
Sec. 110.04.010. - Adoption by reference of California Building Code.¶
Chapters 2-35 and Appendices G (Flood-Resistant Construction), H (Signs), and I (Patio Covers) of the 2025 California Building Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 2) as adopted by the California Building Standards Commission are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein, and shall constitute and are hereby established as the "Eastvale Building Code." A copy of the 2025 California Building Code is on file in the Building and Safety Division and the Office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
