Sec. 110.08.010. - Adoption by Reference of California Electrical Code.¶
Chapters 1-9 and Annexes Band C of the 2025 California Electrical Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 3) as adopted by the California Building Standards Commission are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein, and shall constitute and are hereby established as the "Eastvale Electrical Code." A copy of the 2025 California Electrical Code is on file in the Building and Safety Division and the Office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
