Chapter 4.08 — INVESTMENT OF MONIES

Pursuant to and in accordance with Government Code §§ 53607, 53608, 53635 and 53735.5, as those may be amended from time to time, the city council by resolution shall provide for the investment of city monies and any delegation of authority for such investments.
