Chapter 110.05 — RESIDENTIAL CODE

Editor's note— Ord. No. 25-15, § 3, adopted November 12, 2025, repealed ch. 110.05, §§ 110.05.010— 110.05.240 in its entirety, and replaced it with § 110.05.010, as herein set out. The former ch. 110.05 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 23-04, § 2, adopted Jan. 11, 2023. Formerly, Ord. No. 23-04, § 2, adopted January 11, 2023, repealed the former ch. 110.05, § 110.05.010, and enacted a new ch. 110.05 as set out herein. The former ch. 110.05 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2010-08, § 2, 1-12-2011; Ord. No. 2019-11, § 3, adopted December 11, 2019.

Chapters 2-10 and 44 and Appendices BF (Patio Covers), BG (Sound Transmission), BB (Tiny Homes), and Cl (Swimming Pool Safety Act) of the 2025 California Residential Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 2.5) as adopted by the California Building Standards

Commission are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein, and shall constitute and are hereby established as the "Eastvale Residential Code." A copy of the 2025 California Residential Code is on file in the Building and Safety Division and the Office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public.
