9.24.160 - Hunting on private property prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot or trespass, while in the possession of firearms, on any private property without first having procured and without having in his or her possession the written consent of the owner or owners or lessee or lessees of such private property.

9.24.170 - Hunting on public roads.¶
It is unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot, pursue or kill any game, game birds or other animals or birds on any city, county or public road or highway in the city.

9.24.180 - Enforcement.¶
It shall be the duty of the police chief, sheriff, constables, and all peace officers to enforce this article.
