The City of East Palo Alto City Council does hereby repeal the 2003 East Palo Alto Zoning Ordinance and the 1983 Subdivision Regulations and establishes the comprehensive 2018 Development Code, as presented at the August 8, 2018 special city council meeting.

Municode will be updating the Development Code through regular supplementation as directed by the city. Amendments to the Development Code are indicated in parenthetical history notes following the amended provisions. The absence of a history note indicates the provisions remain unchanged from the original adopting ordinance.

Ordinance documents are available through the East Palo Alto City Clerk at 2415 University Avenue, East Palo Alto.
