6.28.010 Constitutionality.¶

Conflict of laws. Constitutionality. If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or . sentence of this title is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of the title. (Ord. 191 § 6.04.380, 2001)
