Dorris Municipal Code Ch. 3.20 Special Gas Tax Street

IMPROVEMENT FUND Sections: 3.20.010 3.20.020 3.20.030 3.20.010 Created. Source of revenues. Expenditures. Created. To comply with the provisions of the state Streets and Highways Code, there is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the special gas tax street improve- ment fund. (Prior code§ 1600) 3.20.020 . Source of revenues. All moneys received by the city form the state under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interests therein, or the construc- tion, maintenance or improvement of streets r highways, other than state highways, shall be paid into such fund. (Prior code§ 1601)

All moneys in the special gas tax street improvement fund shall be expanded exclu- sively for the purposes authorized by, and subject to, all of the applicable provisions of the State Streets and Highways Code. (Prior code§ 1602) 43
