10.32.070 Emerging from alley or

private driveway. Driving through funeral processions. Clinging to moving vehicles. Driving on sidewalks prohibited. Driving over new pavement or marking prohibited. Restricted access. Restrictions on use of freeways.

10.32.010 Emerging from alley or

private driveway. The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building, shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or into the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway. (Prior code § 4240)

10.32.020 Driving through funeral

processions. No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehi- cles in such processions are conspicuously so designated. (Prior code § 4241)

10.32.030 Clinging to moving vehicles.

Any person riding up on any bicycle, mo- torcycle, coaster, roller skates or any toy ve- hicle shall not attach the same or himself to 125 any moving vehicle upon any roadway. (Prior code§ 4242)

10.32.040 Driving on sidewalks

prohibited. The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area or any parkway ex- cept at a permanent or temporary driveway. (Prior code § 4243)

10.32.050 Driving over new pavement

or marking prohibited. No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted marking in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warn- ing persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking, or when a sign is in place stating that the street or any portion thereof is closed. (Prior code § 4244)

10.32.060 Restricted access.

No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority. (Prior code § 4245)

10.32.070 Restrictions on use of

freeways. No person shall drive or operate any bicy- cle, motor driven cycle, or any vehicle which is not drawn by a motor vehicle upon any street established as a freeway, as defined by Section 604.5 of the State Vehicle Code, nor shall any pedestrian walk across or along any such street so designated end described ex- cept in space set aside for the use of pedestri- ans, provided official signs are in place giv- ing notice of such restrictions.
