The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), as published by the International Code Council and referred to in this chapter as the “code,” except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is hereby adopted by the city pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive.

All supplements, revisions, and amendments to the code as may hereafter be approved and adopted by the state are adopted and made a part of this code.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including any violation of the provisions of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code or any amendments, revisions, or supplements thereto, shall be guilty of an infraction. Violations are subject to the penalties outlined in Chapter 1.18.
