Editor's note— Chapter 8.12, Div. 2, relative to environmental documents, has been deleted at the direction of the city. Provisions of former Ch. 8.12, Div. 2 derived from Ord. No. 14(1989), § 2(12.04.010—12.04.030), adopted June 27, 1989. Resolution No. 91-54, adopted July 2, 1991, sets forth the current schedule of rates, fees and charges for services provided by the building, planning and engineering departments of the city. All subsequent amendments pertaining to fees for preparation of environmental documents will be passed by resolution and not included herein.
