§ 1.08.010. Adoption of open space plan.¶
That certain map found on file in the office of the Planning Director and by this reference made a part hereof is adopted as the open space plan of the City.

§ 1.08.020. Adoption of 1985 General Plan (1975 revision).¶
The Desert Hot Springs 1985 General Plan (1975 Revision) is adopted as set forth on the map entitled “Desert Hot Springs 1985 General Plan (1975 Revision),” which map is on file in the office of the Planning Director, and the land use element as set forth in Exhibit A attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the circulation element as set forth in Exhibit B, attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the scenic highway element as set forth in Exhibit C, attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof, and the noise and safety element as set forth in Exhibit D, attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof are adopted.
