9.60.010 - Slungshot or related instruments.

Any person who carries on his person or has in his possession any slungshot, or instrument or other thing commonly used or which may be used for throwing any shot, bullet, rock, stone, or other missile, or in any manner use the same to the danger of persons or property in the city, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.60.020 - Concealed weapons.

Any person, excepting peace officers, who carries concealed upon his person any pistol, firearm, slungshot or dirk or Bowie knife, or any deadly weapon, without written permission (revocable at any time) from the president of the city council, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.60.030 - Discharging gun or pistol within city limits.

Every person who wilfully and maliciously fires a gun or pistol within the limits of the city is guilty of a misdemeanor.
